I am moving to san antonio texas, is the northeast side a good part of town?

I am moving near fort sam houston, like right outside the main gate. I will be in an apartment on the northeast side of san antonio. Is this a good side of town, I hope so. I have never been to san antonio before

   My own couldnt imagine living elsewhere there is higher concentration of *** offenders in those areas dont.
